Question 1

How long does a detail take?

Accepted Answer

Most details take around 2–4 hours depending on the package, vehicle size, and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles or larger services may take longer so we can make sure the job is done right.

Question 2

Do you need my water or power?

Accepted Answer

We may need access to an outdoor water hookup and electrical outlet depending on the service and location. We'll confirm what is needed before your appointment so there are no surprises.

Question 3

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Rocky Mountain Mobile Detailing serves customers throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, contact us with your location and we'll let you know.

Question 4

How often should I get my vehicle detailed?

Accepted Answer

For most vehicles, we recommend a full detail every 3–6 months. If you drive frequently, have kids or pets, or want to keep your vehicle looking its best, you may want to schedule more often.

Question 5

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept multiple convenient payment methods, including cash and electronic payments. Payment is due when the detail is completed unless a deposit or other arrangement was made beforehand.

Question 6

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If weather conditions make it impossible to safely complete your detail, we'll work with you to reschedule for the next available time. Light weather may not always require rescheduling depending on the service and whether a covered area is available.

Question 7

Do you offer ceramic coating?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer professional ceramic coating services designed to provide long-lasting paint protection, added gloss, and easier maintenance. Contact us for pricing and recommendations based on your vehicle.

Question 8

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least a few days to a week in advance to get your preferred appointment time. Weekends and busy periods can fill up quickly, so booking earlier is always a good idea.
